Our Founder
Rakesh Majithia is the founder of Rakesh Majithia CPA Professional Corporation, bringing over 20 years of accounting experience with a specialization in owner-managed businesses, startups, professionals, and individuals. He has worked across a wide range of industries, including real estate, manufacturing, hospitality, and food services.
A graduate of Ryerson University (Toronto Metropolitan University), Rakesh earned his Chartered Accountant designation in 2004 after gaining valuable experience in the public accounting sector. He has expertise in tax, business advisory, and assurance services, regularly consulting on strategic planning, financial analysis, profit improvement, internal control procedures, and tax planning for owner-managers and high-net-worth individuals.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Rakesh is an active board member for several organizations and is dedicated to supporting various charitable initiatives, reflecting his commitment to community involvement.
